Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Yuyo Studio website and booking platform operated by YuYo Love LLC, located at 6120 Highway 6 N, Cypress, TX 77084, United States. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when payment is received and the agreement for that service has been signed electronically. Each service is subject to its own rental agreement, which is presented before payment and stored in your account.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is published on the Cancellation Policy page and forms part of these terms.

4. Memberships

Co-working memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Credits are issued per billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel at any time from your account.

5. Conduct and content

You are responsible for the content you record and for the conduct of your guests. You agree not to use the studio for unlawful purposes and to follow staff instructions regarding safety and equipment.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may create an account for you automatically when you book as a guest so you can manage your booking.

7. Referral and promotional credits

Referral rewards, promo codes, and bundle credits have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion. We may reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute is Harris County, Texas.
