- How far in advance do I need to book?
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the start time.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Inside 48 hours there is no refund, but you can reschedule to any open slot for free.
- Do I need to bring my own equipment?
- No. Each podcast set comes with cameras, microphones, and lighting already set up. Bring your content and your guests.
- How do I get my files?
- Unedited sessions receive raw files by email within 24 hours. Edited sessions receive one long-form video and 10 reels by email within 5 business days.
