Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Full refunds

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Inside 48 hours

Cancellations inside the window are not refundable because the set has been reserved for you. Instead of cancelling, reschedule from your account to any open slot at no charge.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule as often as you need, up to your start time, from the Bookings page in your account. The new time must be at least 24 hours away.

Memberships and day passes

Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled any time from your Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your current cycle stays active until it ends. Day passes never expire and are not refundable.

Bundles

Bundle sessions follow the same booking policy. A session cancelled with enough notice returns to your bundle balance.
