How far in advance do I need to book?

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the start time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Inside 48 hours there is no refund, but you can reschedule to any open slot for free.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No. Each podcast set comes with cameras, microphones, and lighting already set up. Bring your content and your guests.

How do I get my files?

Unedited sessions receive raw files by email within 24 hours. Edited sessions receive one long-form video and 10 reels by email within 5 business days.

Can I book as a guest?

Yes. We create your account automatically from your booking details so you can manage everything in one place.

How does co-working work?

Members get 15 day credits per month. Scan the QR code at the front desk when you arrive and one credit is used per calendar day. Day passes are also available.
