YuYo Love LLC ("we") operates Yuyo Studio. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, and how you heard about us.
• Booking details: the service, date, time, set, add-ons, and the agreement you signed, including your typed signature, the time of signing, your IP address, and browser information.
• Payment records from Stripe (we never see your full card number).
• Usage data from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) and campaign tags such as UTM parameters and referral codes.
• Check-in records when you scan the studio QR code or tap Check In.

How we use it

• To run your bookings, memberships, and deliver your files.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and account emails. You can turn off marketing emails in your profile.
• To understand how people find us and improve the studio.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (calendar sync and analytics), Meta and TikTok (advertising analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Signed agreements and payment records are kept for as long as required by law. You can request deletion of your account from your profile page; we will remove personal data not needed for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@yuyo.love.
